What you'll be doing

Operate and troubleshoot automated assembly, labeling, printing, and robotic packaging equipment under limited supervision
Monitor machine uptime, clear equipment faults and stoppages, and resolve line interruptions using HMI systems
Perform routine manufacturing operations including material dispensing, reconciliation, and line clearance while maintaining quality standards
Generate work orders for equipment inspections and preventative/corrective maintenance needs
Train and mentor team members on manufacturing processes and equipment operation
