- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical workflows for planning and resource optimization
- Support daily scheduling and production workflows by identifying data gaps and providing operational insights
- Investigate data discrepancies, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with process owners
- Support LIMS and related system configuration, data migration, testing, implementation, and user training
