- Proven project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with FMEA, DoE, DfX, Value Engineering or similar methodologies
What you'll be doing
- Lead production test planning and design evaluation during new product introduction phase
- Serve as technical owner for critical platform technology processes across full product lifecycle
- Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions for complex manufacturing issues
- Define system-level manufacturing concepts, test strategies, and industrialization approaches
- Collaborate with R&D on product development, validation, and manufacturability readiness
