Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks independently
Coupa or NetSuite experience preferred

What you'll be doing

Process wire transfers, check voids, reissues, and ACH payments
Verify new supplier forms and reconcile supplier statements
Research and resolve outstanding items on AP aging reports
Follow up on invoices for payment authorization and obtain check signatures
Maintain monthly AP reports and assist with year-end 1099 auditing

Compensation$23.42-$31.92 hourly, plus 15% target annual bonus and equity program eligibility
