Role summary
Senior HR leader role overseeing the Wilmington site and coordinating HR initiatives across U.S. locations for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer. - Experience in matrix and multi-site organizational structures
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making capability

- Partner with site leadership to develop and execute people strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
- Drive change management and culture-building initiatives supporting business growth
- Manage employee relations, investigations, grievance resolution, and compliance matters
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding, learning and development programs
Compensation$172,000-$230,000 base
