What you'll be doing

Process and manage customer service orders, quotations, and related documentation
Collaborate with business clients, field engineers, sales, and internal departments
Enter and maintain data in internal operational systems
Identify operational issues and propose solutions in a dynamic environment
Participate in implementing improvements to customer service and service processes
