What you'll be doing

Install, monitor, and customize patient care infrastructure systems at customer locations across the United States

Assess and remediate existing customer infrastructure to support new solution deployment and connectivity
Develop customer relationships, identify needs, and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Document installations, maintain service records, conduct technical walkthroughs, and provide equipment operation training

Compensation$60,000-$90,000 annual base
