Role summary
iRhythm seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager for R&D to lead embedded hardware and firmware product development from concept through production. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to deliver medical device projects while managing planning, execution, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, quality, and regulatory teams to define project scope and business priorities
- Develop and maintain technical project plans, work breakdown structures, estimations, schedules, and risk registers
- Own project execution from initiation through post-implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as scrum master for sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; lead recurring project meetings to track progress and health
- Facilitate technical discussions and drive cross-functional alignment with manufacturing, marketing, and clinical operations
