Demonstrated ability to manage CRO partnerships and oversee external proteomics activities

What you'll be doing

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key scientific questions addressable by targeted proteomics
Design, execute, and interpret targeted proteomics experiments across multiple biological matrices and species
Develop and optimize LC-MS assays for pharmacodynamic profiling of degrader programs
Lead assay transfer and qualification activities with external CRO partners
Communicate scientific findings and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
