Role summary
Leica Biosystems seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager for Immunohistochemistry to lead commercial execution and revenue growth across a multi-state territory. - Lead regional sales execution to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across Immunohistochemistry portfolio
- Develop and manage high-performing sales team through performance expectations, coaching, and field engagement
- Recruit, onboard, and retain commercial talent while building capability in territory planning and competitive conversion
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships with hospital leadership and laboratory stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally with Applications, Service, and Marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth
