Role summary
Merck seeks a Senior Principal Scientist to lead upstream bioprocess development for the Biologics platform. This role combines scientific expertise in cell-culture processes with strategic leadership, overseeing innovation across pipeline projects and directing a team of 3-5 scientists.

- Strong supervisory and mentoring capabilities; excellent communication skills
