Expertise in freedom-to-operate, patentability, and landscape analyses for biologic therapeutics
Experience with IP transactions, licensing, collaboration, and sponsored research agreements
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills with business judgment

What you'll be doing

Partner with R&D and platform teams to identify inventions and recommend protection strategies
Work with outside counsel on patent application drafting, filing, prosecution, and global estate management
Manage patent portfolio matters including prosecution strategy, deadlines, docketing, and outside-counsel relationships
Conduct or coordinate patentability, freedom-to-operate, and landscape analyses with practical recommendations
Review publications, presentations, and external disclosures for patent considerations and filing opportunities
