What you'll be doing
- Perform necropsies, organ weighing, tissue trimming, decalcification, and specialized fetal reproductive procedures per protocols
- Review study protocols for accuracy and feasibility; participate in protocol reviews and pre-necropsy planning meetings
- Coordinate study setup and ensure supplies, equipment, workspaces, and documentation are ready for procedures
- Train and guide technicians on SOPs, technical procedures, documentation, and quality standards
- Maintain necropsy suites, manage inventory, and support chemical and waste management operations
