- Substantial experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory automation and analytical instrumentation
What you'll be doing
- Lead design, scaling, and daily operation of high-throughput protein production workflows supporting 60+ plates weekly across multiple programs
- Provide technical leadership for mammalian and cell-free expression platforms from DNA preparation through purified protein delivery
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and strategic expansion of liquid handlers, robotic workstations, and integrated analytical systems
- Partner cross-functionally with protein sciences, molecular biology, automation, data science, and discovery teams to align production with portfolio priorities
- Drive workflow optimization, process miniaturization, and automation implementation to improve throughput, reproducibility, and efficiency
