Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Manufacturing Manager in Tempe, Arizona to lead production operations across multiple value streams. - Strong people leadership and talent development capabilities
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred

- Develop and execute operational strategies ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people accountability
- Establish strategic direction for Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operational Excellence functions
- Drive manufacturing performance to meet production, quality, and cost objectives
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent while establishing workforce plans and resource allocation
- Manage operational budgets and recommend capital investments and labor requirements
