Role summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager for Liso-cel CAR-T manufacturing operations at their Summit West facility. This role oversees manufacturing managers and teams operating a 24/7 schedule to execute cell therapy processes while maintaining safety, compliance, and continuous improvement standards.

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in leadership managing direct reports
- Extensive knowledge of EHS, cGMPs, biotechnology, manufacturing systems, and regulated operations
- Strong communication, adaptability, strategic leadership, and people management skills
- Green Belt certification preferred
- Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday night shift (11:30 p.m. - 8 a.m.) onsite
What you'll be doing
- Oversee Manufacturing Managers and Work Centered Teams executing Cell Therapy manufacturing in compliance with cGMPs and regulatory standards
- Manage production resources including scheduling, tracking absences, and hiring personnel aligned with requirements and values
- Ensure 100% on-time training compliance and personnel qualification for GMP tasks
- Lead deviation troubleshooting, quality record ownership, and drive closure with continuous improvement
- Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, performance management, coaching, and career development
