Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and test procedures
Experience in manufacturing processes, validation, documentation control, and regulated environments
Proven problem-solving skills and cross-functional project leadership experience

What you'll be doing

Lead team of engineers with day-to-day coaching, prioritization, and accountability oversight
Drive execution of manufacturing deliverables including NPI, validation, testing, and production support
Provide technical guidance on design, troubleshooting, and production activities for electronics and fixtures
Develop manufacturing documentation, test procedures, validations, and process improvements
Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and other functions to ensure requirements are met early
