PhD, MBA, PMP, or PMI certification preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams

What you'll be doing

Lead CMC development programs from early-stage through regulatory filing and commercial lifecycle management
Develop integrated project plans coordinating internal teams, external partners, vendors, and CMOs
Identify risks and mitigation strategies; perform critical path analyses to accelerate timelines
Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation
Standardize project reporting and portfolio management processes; support budgeting and resource forecasting
