Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead development and optimization of laser-based manufacturing processes for medical device production
- Own requirements flow-down, process characterization, and validation activities from design through manufacturing transfer
- Conduct risk assessments and burn-down activities; identify and implement corrective actions for yield issues
- Coordinate equipment scouting, qualification, and characterization; manage process interfaces and integration risks
- Apply statistical methods to design experiments, implement improvements, and maintain yield monitoring systems
