- Own production delivery, process execution, and team performance against SQDC targets
- Develop and mentor manufacturing unit staff; conduct performance reviews and regular 1:1 coaching
- Manage unit budget, headcount, and establish cascading goals to line and workplace levels
- Spend 50%+ time on production floor driving continuous improvement and resolving operational issues
- Collaborate with logistics on production scheduling and lead BD Excellence implementation activities
