What you'll be doing

Partner with Tokyo Drug Development leaders to identify capability gaps and translate priorities into localized learning solutions
Facilitate and coordinate delivery of onboarding, skill development, and enterprise programs at the site
Localize global learning programs for language, cultural relevance, and business application
Collaborate with Enterprise Learning teams, LEAP Global Capability Center, and APAC regional partners on program alignment and delivery
Manage learning demand planning, feedback collection, and effectiveness measurement for continuous improvement
