Role summary
Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Senior Manager Field Service to lead the national Service and Field Applications organization in Italy, overseeing 100+ employees across field service and applications. This role reports to the Managing Director Italy and drives customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic service delivery.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline
- 10+ years experience in Medical Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences industry
- Significant leadership experience managing Field Service and/or Field Applications organizations
- Proven ability leading geographically dispersed teams and driving operational transformation
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and business acumen with senior-level influence
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and problem-solving skills; valid driver's license
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coach Field Service Area Managers and Field Application Managers across all Italian regions
- Define and execute national service strategy aligned with contractual commitments and KPIs
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention while partnering with Commercial and Sales teams
- Develop organizational capabilities, talent succession planning, and high-performance culture
- Participate in Italy Leadership Team to influence business strategy and cross-functional initiatives
Compensation€87,000–€135,000 gross annual
