- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Controls, or Computer Science preferred)
- Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Nutritional manufacturing experience preferred; Project Management certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Oversee resource planning and technical execution for large capital projects across Asia-Pacific region
- Support project development for controls and OT scope including architecture, specifications, and risk assessment
- Establish and maintain regional standards for OT and controls hardware and software systems
- Partner with IT and Industrial Analytics leaders to ensure system integration, cybersecurity, and data pipeline robustness
- Lead New Zealand Integration project from operational technology and automation perspective
