- Build and sustain continuous improvement culture focused on quality, cost value, and capacity optimization
- Manage and develop operations personnel and managers across the value stream
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations Support functions for execution
- Drive regulatory compliance and environmental health safety performance across the operation
