Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and safety documentation
Basic computer skills and CMMS system capability
Physical capacity to lift 40 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally; stand 75% of shift

What you'll be doing

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on facility utilities and infrastructure systems
Enter, prioritize, and complete work orders in CMMS system with proper documentation
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections and respond to facility alarms
Communicate facility and safety issues to management; coordinate with vendors and internal customers
Support emergency response for power outages and weather-related utility failures; participate in on-call program
