HVAC/R technical expertise with advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
Preferred: certification in HVAC, electrical, welding, or machining
Experience in regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments preferred
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems and MS Office

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on rooftop units and HVAC equipment including inspections, coil cleaning, and refrigerant verification
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system failures including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
Respond to emergency service calls and equipment breakdowns to minimize operational downtime
Maintain daily logging and inspection of facility systems to ensure operation within specifications
Serve as subject matter expert for HVAC systems supporting regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
