Role summary
Senior FP&A Analyst supporting the Specialty Surgical division at a healthcare device company. Role involves financial planning, budgeting, revenue analysis, and reporting to senior leadership. Hybrid position based in Princeton, NJ with Tuesday-Thursday on-site requirement.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience, preferably FP&A
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience with multidimensional databases (Hyperion, BPC, OneStream) preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI, COGNOS, or Oracle a plus
What you'll be doing
- Develop revenue and expense forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic financial plans
- Coordinate with sales management on incentive compensation models and scenario planning
- Analyze business trends, run rates, and variance between actual and forecast results
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial review packages for executive leadership
- Support monthly close process and develop ad hoc analyses as needed
