Role summary
Cytokinetics, a specialty cardiovascular biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. What you'll be doing
- Partner with CEO to align calendar and attention with enterprise objectives and key priorities
- Strategically manage complex, rapidly changing calendar; anticipate conflicts and protect high-value work time
- Plan executive meetings end-to-end including scheduling, agendas, pre-reads, logistics, and follow-up
- Orchestrate domestic and global travel for Board meetings, investor events, and high-level engagements
- Coordinate Board meetings including agendas, materials, travel, logistics, and off-site planning
