Role summary
Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Specialty Surgery division, reporting to the VP of Commercial FP&A. This role oversees budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while managing a team of six reports and supporting executive decision-making across the division.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10-15 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or budgeting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling proficiency
- Strong detail orientation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, or TM1 preferred
- MBA preferred; CPA a plus
What you'll be doing
- Lead budget, planning, and forecasting processes including consolidation and analysis for the Specialty Surgery division
- Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L results with actual, budget, forecast, and strategic plan data
- Prepare financial packages including business reviews, forecasts, and Board presentations
- Build run-rate modeling and identify business trends and KPIs to support strategic decisions
- Manage and develop a team of direct and indirect reports to achieve division and company financial targets
