Provide strategic legal advice on market access, payer/PBM contracts, and government pricing matters
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts including payer agreements, GPO deals, and distribution arrangements
Advise on market access strategy development and creation of related materials and communications
Support Corporate Compliance and Product Attorneys on market access and compliance-related issues
Maintain objective perspective while partnering with internal Market Access and Commercial teams
