- Experience developing and maintaining site relationships and securing compliance
- Veeva systems experience highly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits including site qualification, initiation, interim, and close-out activities
- Serve as primary contact facilitating communications between sponsor trial team and clinical sites
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans based on identified root causes
- Review key risk indicator metrics and site issues to detect trends and ensure resolution
- Lead site engagement initiatives and support site activation and identification efforts
