Clinical Trial Associate supporting study start-up activities at a global contract research organization. The role manages vendor documentation, attends team meetings, and coordinates vendor management activities in a sponsor-dedicated model across multiple U.S. locations.

- Computer proficiency and ability to develop advanced technical skills
- Team-oriented with flexibility and strong attention to detail
What you'll be doing
- Ensure vendor spreadsheets are completed correctly and processed according to study guidelines
- Submit vendor documentation to appropriate parties or global team as directed
- Attend weekly study team meetings to report on vendor spreadsheet status
- Participate in vendor management activities and coordination
- Train others on study administration procedures as needed
