What you'll be doing

Perform cell culture, neutralization, and functional antibody assays in BSL-2 laboratory environments to evaluate vaccine candidate immune responses
Generate, characterize, and maintain critical reagents for preclinical bio-functional studies supporting vaccine development programs
Develop and optimize bioassays, train analysts on established technologies, and conduct independent project work
Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and present findings at team meetings and in written reports
Maintain laboratory documentation per company policy and stay current with scientific literature and departmental training requirements
