Role summary

Pfizer seeks a senior scientist to lead technical delivery of AI and agentic systems projects across manufacturing networks. What you'll be doing

Lead technical contributions for projects spanning process modeling, data science, optimization, and control from conception through validated deployment
Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems using large language models with tool use for manufacturing investigations, root cause analysis, and engineering decision support
Develop mechanistic, hybrid, and machine learning models for chemical and biological processes; facilitate implementation as software sensors and advanced process control
Define solution evaluation frameworks including test sets, benchmarks, monitoring mechanisms, and reliability boundaries for regulated AI system deployment
Identify high-value opportunities for advanced analytics and AI across manufacturing networks and translate them into tailored solutions
