What you'll be doing

Design, oversee, and interpret in vivo ADC efficacy, dose-response, tolerability, and mechanism-of-action studies
Serve as in vivo pharmacology lead for ADC project teams, translating program questions into experimental plans and recommendations
Partner with chemistry, biologics, translational medicine, toxicology, and project leadership to define strategies and progression criteria
Provide scientific oversight for internal and external studies including protocol development, CRO management, and data interpretation
Mentor junior scientists in oncology model execution, ADC principles, experimental design, and data analysis
