  • Expertise developing and utilizing iPSC-derived cellular models and advanced human cellular systems
  • Familiarity with protein aggregation, RNA toxicity, cellular stress responses, or neurological disease mechanisms
  • Experience in highly collaborative, matrixed research environments with scientific rigor and adaptability

What you'll be doing

  • Design, execute, and analyze in vitro and ex vivo studies investigating disease mechanisms and therapeutic hypotheses
  • Generate high-quality experimental data supporting target identification and validation for rare disease programs
  • Establish scalable experimental platforms supporting multiple rare disease research initiatives
  • Integrate experimental findings with genetics, clinical observations, and literature to inform mechanistic insights
  • Collaborate with disease biologists, computational scientists, and translational researchers; present findings to governance forums
