Role summary
Field-based sales position selling endoscopy surgical visualization products and OR solutions to healthcare providers in the Miami territory. The role involves building customer relationships, conducting product presentations, supporting clinical evaluations, and driving territory growth for a leading medical device company.

- 2-5 years outside sales experience, medical field experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years commercial/medical field sales experience with OR exposure
- Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms
- Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to educate customers
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with smartphone, tablet, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% annually
What you'll be doing
- Promote and sell endoscopy products within approved clinical applications
- Educate medical staff on proper use, maintenance, and benefits of products
- Coordinate and direct product evaluations in operating room and office settings
- Manage territory progress reporting and maintain regular communication with regional leadership
- Resolve customer product issues and challenges in timely manner
Compensation$60,000/year base draw plus commission and/or bonuses and benefits
