Role summary

- Track readiness milestones and dependencies; conduct pre-Day 1 and Day 1 check-ins to confirm readiness
- Manage Salesforce cases, monitor SLA status, and identify trends to recommend process improvements
- Partner with IT, HR, Sales Training, and other departments to resolve access, equipment, and readiness issues
