Role summary
Becton Dickinson seeks a Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new hire readiness, onboarding, and offboarding activities for the US sales organization. - Manage Salesforce cases, track SLA status, and identify trends to improve support processes
- Communicate readiness status to managers, new hires, HR, IT, and other stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve access, data, and equipment issues before they disrupt timelines
