Role summary

- Manage Salesforce cases, track SLA status, and identify process improvement opportunities to reduce recurring issues
- Communicate readiness status and risks to managers, new hires, HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support New Hire Orientation success through pre-Day 1 coordination and Day 1 check-ins to confirm all systems are operational
