What you'll be doing

Support surgeon relationships and provide clinical guidance in operating rooms using product knowledge
Attend surgical cases to ensure proper equipment availability and optimal tray optimization
Assist with sales goals, market penetration, customer retention, and product conversions in territory
Manage equipment deployment, technical troubleshooting, hospital billing, and purchase orders
Share customer and marketplace insights with sales and clinical teams to improve service levels
