Implement governance frameworks and escalation pathways maintaining separation between promotional and non-promotional activities
Lead development of multi-layer national field organization with emphasis on role clarity and compliance expectations
Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to align customer priorities while maintaining appropriate boundaries
