What you'll be doing

- Manage repair order intake and approvals for assigned regions with complete documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve urgent repair needs
- Educate customers on ProCare service programs and track complaint information in systems
Compensation$21.58 - $37.96 USD Hourly (varies by location pay band)
