What you'll be doing

Respond to technical inquiries and customer service requests via phone and email
Troubleshoot product issues and partner with field representatives on issue resolution
Document service requests, technical findings, and customer interactions in established systems
Analyze service metrics and trends to recommend performance and customer experience improvements
Contribute to root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives

Compensation$24.54 - $33.68 USD hourly
