Serve as technical subject matter expert for end-to-end logistics processes including distribution centers and 3PL operations
Lead engineering studies, process redesign initiatives, and warehouse optimization projects across LATAM network
Drive implementation and optimization of ERP, WMS, TMS, and advanced analytics solutions aligned with business strategy
Identify, assess, and implement innovative automation and digital technologies including robotics and AI-driven solutions
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while fostering culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
