Role summary
Agilent seeks an R&D Manager to lead a globally distributed software development team building SaaS applications, data pipelines, and integrations for laboratory instruments and enterprise systems. - Partner with product management, architecture, quality, and other stakeholders to align plans with business objectives
- Lead development and delivery of SaaS applications, analytics, data pipelines, integrations, and enterprise software capabilities
- Establish team operating practices to improve planning discipline, execution predictability, quality, and cross-functional coordination
