Oversee daily and weekly shift operations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive process troubleshooting
Supervise batch record creation, standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with cGMP requirements
Recruit, develop, and manage manufacturing personnel while fostering positive team culture
Ensure facility audit readiness, maintain plant upkeep, and serve as primary contact for regulatory audits
