Proficiency with quality management software (GED, SAP QM) and Microsoft Office
Demonstrated ability to lead investigations, analyze quality data, and implement corrective actions
Fluency in French and English; strong written and verbal communication skills

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead quality investigations across teams
Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality standards
Develop standard operating procedures, protocols, and quality reports with strong technical documentation
Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory audits
