What you'll be doing
- Manage operational workflows for cybersecurity and privacy incidents, including intake, triage, evidence collection, and closure documentation
- Support HIPAA program implementation for newly acquired entities through policy rollout, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Create and maintain project plans, action trackers, dashboards, and standard operating procedures for privacy initiatives
- Drive workstream meetings, document decisions and action items, and track progress to completion
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to reduce cycle time and strengthen documentation quality
