Role summary

- Document all manufacturing activities in batch records and logs using Good Documentation Practice
- Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Maintain workspace housekeeping and coordinate with manufacturing team to ensure product flow
- Conduct on-the-job training for other technicians and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
